The ITS "Commit to Be Fit" program is built upon a scientific foundation of wellness for each client. All of our programs start with a one-on-one consultation to determine your specific goals and how we can help you achieve those goals. We take the time to develop a fitness program specifically for your needs. Our nutrition component is one of the best in the country because it is based upon your blood work and any deficiencies that may be present. With this information, we assist you in developing healthy eating habits with food choices that you enjoy and which are readily available in your grocery store. In most cases, we recommend a supplement package; however, this is strictly based upon your individual age, activity level, vitamin & nutrient deficiencies, specific needs and/or special circumstances.
